ORIA Vision Studio is a private analyst tool. We collect: the email and password you set as your admin login, the agent and investor records you create (names, agencies, contact details you enter), the Bayut listing data you paste into a study, the renovation renders you upload, and the buyer / investor names brokers enter when generating share links.

We log anonymous view events on broker, client, and investor URLs (timestamp, user agent, country derived from your IP via Vercel — never the full IP address).

• No third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, no Mixpanel).
• No marketing pixels or tracking beacons.
• No full IP addresses — only country-level geolocation.
• No buyer or investor financial information.

Data is stored in a managed Supabase Postgres instance, encrypted at rest (AES-256). Connections use TLS 1.3. Files (renders, listing photos) live in Supabase Storage with public-read URLs scoped to specific study IDs.

ORIA admin (Roudy) can read every record. Brokers can only see studies addressed to them via per-study passwords. Clients see only the buyer-version of one study via a 48-hour token. Investors see only the pitch sent to them via a per-pitch token.

Studies and agent records are retained indefinitely. Client links expire after 48 hours but the row is kept for analytics. Engagement events older than 12 months are archived. Personal data of clients entered by brokers can be deleted on request.
